A strong Winter Storm won't bring much wet weather to Northern California, but it will bring a lot of COLD AIR. Possible RECORD LOW TEMPS in the Valley! The storm is currently moving through the region Saturday night, and will likely produce most of its snow before Noon Sunday.
Snow totals aren't looking very impressive. Most of the moisture won't really make it inland, heavier precip remains along the coast and over the Pacific. We dry out pretty quickly into Sunday afternoon and should get a little sunshine before the day is done, but get prepared for some CHILLY overnights as we head into the work week.
Looks like we'll see the coldest temperatures for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Valley locations could see a few record lows, and we don't look to make the big warm-up into the afternoons. Definitely more of a Winter forecast minus the wet weather!
